Every day I open my eyes and choose not to make decisions. Not to take responsibility for anything in this short or long race of doubt and options.  Every moment I ask God not to create a reality with difficult choices. To make sure there is no opportunity to question my strength or weakness. To leave every problem unresolved, every sign uninterpreted, every secret unrevealed, every truth unproven. The willful decision is to savor the hypnosis of sacrifice for the entire allotted time. Submissive and in love with the constancy of obscurity and the freedom of inaction, scattered and going from connection to connection, leaving only broken threads.

One of the virtues of Christianity, along with faith and hope, is love. The Church teaches that the virtues are manifestations of the highest goodness, deeds dictated to us not by human morality but by a Higher Power. The concept of Christian love is closely related to charity, tolerance, and the pursuit of truth.

"Love is longsuffering, merciful, love does not envy, love does not exalt itself, is not proud, is not disorderly, does not seek its own, is not irritated, does not think evil, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth; covers all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ceases, though prophecies cease, and tongues are silenced, and knowledge is abolished."

 

In psychotherapy there is the concept of a "field"; it is denoted as "a totality of coexisting facts which are thought of as interdependent." Man, according to it, lives and develops in the "psychological field" of objects around him.

 

Love as a model of behavior built by society that helps build the cells of society, an advertising campaign that helps sell media products? Hormones controlling common sense, will, voice? Parental trauma modeling our feelings in the present?

Who "benefits" from co-dependent roles, sacrifice, bigotry and possession - the historically/politically constructed value system or the biological voice, the evolution of the body?
